Inputs
In Python, inputs that are objects can be passed either as argument classes or as dictionary literals.
The Offset resource accepts the following input properties:

Rfc3339 string - Base timestamp in RFC3339 format (see RFC3339 time string e.g.,

This resource can be imported using the base UTC RFC3339 timestamp and offset years, months, days, hours, minutes, and seconds, separated by commas (,
), e.g.

argument cannot be imported.
