Creates a new group. Auto-naming is currently not supported for this resource.
Create Group Resource
Resources are created with functions called constructors. To learn more about declaring and configuring resources, see Resources.
Constructor syntax

Constructor example
The following reference example uses placeholder values for all input properties.

DisplayName = "string",
Filter = "string",
IsCluster = false,
ParentName = "string",
Project = "string",
});

DisplayName: pulumi.String("string"),

Group Resource Properties
To learn more about resource properties and how to use them, see Inputs and Outputs in the Architecture and Concepts docs.
Inputs
In Python, inputs that are objects can be passed either as argument classes or as dictionary literals.
The Group resource accepts the following input properties:
- Display
Name string - A user-assigned name for this group, used only for display purposes.
- Filter string
- The filter used to determine which monitored resources belong to this group.
- Is
Cluster bool - If true, the members of this group are considered to be a cluster. The system can perform additional analysis on groups that are clusters.
- Parent
Name string - The name of the group's parent, if it has one. The format is: projects/[PROJECT_ID_OR_NUMBER]/groups/[GROUP_ID] For groups with no parent, parent_name is the empty string, "".
- Project string
- Display

Outputs
All input properties are implicitly available as output properties. Additionally, the Group resource produces the following output properties:
- Id string
- The provider-assigned unique ID for this managed resource.
- Name string
- The name of this group. The format is: projects/[PROJECT_ID_OR_NUMBER]/groups/[GROUP_ID] When creating a group, this field is ignored and a new name is created consisting of the project specified in the call to CreateGroup and a unique [GROUP_ID] that is generated automatically.
