Constructor example
The following reference example uses placeholder values for all input properties.
var awsApiKeyResource = new Aws.AppSync.ApiKey("awsApiKeyResource", new()
{
ApiId = "string",
Description = "string",
Expires = "string",
});
example, err := appsync.NewApiKey(ctx, "awsApiKeyResource", &appsync.ApiKeyArgs{
ApiId: pulumi.String("string"),
Description: pulumi.String("string"),
Expires: pulumi.String("string"),
})
var awsApiKeyResource = new ApiKey("awsApiKeyResource", ApiKeyArgs.builder()
.apiId("string")
.description("string")
.expires("string")
.build());
aws_api_key_resource = aws.appsync.ApiKey("awsApiKeyResource",
api_id="string",
description="string",
expires="string")
const awsApiKeyResource = new aws.appsync.ApiKey("awsApiKeyResource", {
apiId: "string",
description: "string",
expires: "string",
});
type: aws:appsync:ApiKey
properties:
apiId: string
description: string

ApiKey Resource Properties
To learn more about resource properties and how to use them, see Inputs and Outputs in the Architecture and Concepts docs.
Inputs
In Python, inputs that are objects can be passed either as argument classes or as dictionary literals.
The ApiKey resource accepts the following input properties:
- Api
Id string - ID of the associated AppSync API
- Description string
- API key description. Defaults to "Managed by Pulumi".
- Expires string
- RFC3339 string representation of the expiry date. Rounded down to nearest hour. By default, it is 7 days from the date of creation.

Outputs
All input properties are implicitly available as output properties. Additionally, the ApiKey resource produces the following output properties:
- api_
key_ strid - id str
- The provider-assigned unique ID for this managed resource.
- key str
- API key

Using pulumi import
, import aws_appsync_api_key
using the AppSync API ID and key separated by :
. For example:
$ pulumi import aws:appsync/apiKey:ApiKey example xxxxx:yyyyy
